About: Alfie has arrived in Massachusetts and is settling into his foster home. This sweet, friendly boy is about a year old and 22 lbs. He is a little shy at first but warms up and becomes quite cuddly, liking to snuggle right up next to foster parents. He is crate trained and doing very well with house training, going to the door when he wants to go out. Like most southern dogs, he is a little bit nervous with all the new noises, especially outside, but is easy to walk on leash.

Alfie is young and active and loves his people, typically not straying too far. He likes other dogs and is pretty social. He would do fine with another dog or on his own. His size and demeanor make him a good fit for an apartment.
